Let me introduce myself.
Hi! I’m Elizabeth, a 20-something Montrealer with a passion for ethical living. On this blog, I share as much as I can about the things I care about – like minimalism, veganism and sustainable living. I believe the key to a happy life is living your day to day in alignment with your values. Put simply, I believe in practicing what you preach!
It’s impossible to be ethically conscious 100% of the time, but it’s not impossible to try. This blog is my journey towards a lifestyle that is as kind as possible to myself, my fellow beings and the planet – one bamboo toothbrush at a time. I hope you’ll find some inspiration here.
I also believe in simplicity. Minimalism is a tool that can help you eliminate the “extra” from your life and make space for the things that bring you joy (read more about that here). It’s about keeping things simple. But simple ain’t easy!
That’s why I created a FREE RESOURCE LIBRARY for beginner minimalists. This library includes checklists and worksheets to help you declutter your home, get motivated towards your passions and create a life you love. It also includes my FREE 12-PAGE GUIDEBOOK Live Simply, Live Fully: A Minimalism Guidebook. Sign up below for access!
P.S. If you want to know more about me, come say “Hi” on one of my social pages!
